About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to lead a care home in a well-respected care facility, supporting residents to live meaningful, fulfilling lives in a safe and welcoming environment. You will provide visible and hands-on clinical and people leadership to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners, ensuring a high standard of care, which includes reducing the frequency of falls, pressure injuries and infections.
