The Executive Chef, Hermitage Hotel is looking for ambitious CDP's who passionate about food and looking to join us on a permanent basis and develop their skills and knowledge. Our kitchen team produces an average of 50,000 meals a month meaning our production volumes for hot and cold service are very high, but our mission is clear - to ensure every guest’s meal and experience is to the same high standard.
