CRNA / Nurse Anesthetist

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Garfield, AZ. AZ license required. Shifts: All 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a). Schedule: Must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month (day or night depending on departmental need). Night Coverage: 3-6 night shifts per month, scheduled based on department need. Night shifts may be in OB or OR. Hours: Typically 3-4 shifts per week (36 hours per week).
