Job Description Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate production of financial reports, data, and P&L statements Prepare and deliver monthly forecasts and annual budgets Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall profitability Oversee the management agreement and owner corporation matters Provide strategic financial guidance to support operational decision-making Develop and support the Finance team to operate as confident business partners to the hotel leaders
