Post Office Retail Manager

Manage the day-to-day operations of the post office. Supervise, train, and support postal staff. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints. Oversee mail sorting, dispatch, and delivery processes. Manage financial activities, including cash handling, banking, and daily reconciliations.
