Job description REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager BROAD PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Contribute to the overall profitability and success of the hotel through the management of the hotels food and beverage operations. This includes monitoring the customer service standards of the food and beverage team, ensuring cash handling procedures and transactions are being adhered to and ensuring the restaurant and bars are maintained in a well presented manner.
