Description About the Role ‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for Team Members who genuinely enjoy doing just that! This is a varied role where you’ll work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, helping to deliver a fantastic guest experience throughout their stay at Butlin’s. To begin with, you’ll be involved in our core leisure activities such as archery and pottery painting, building your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery.
