Job Description Title - Territory Development Manager Purpose The key focus of this role is to develop direct and control the Sales Team with in a Region to achieve revenue, sales and margin targets. This position is responsible for the sales budget of that Sales Region and the management of the Regional Sales team to ensure they achieve their accountabilities and targets as per the Stanley Black & Decker (SBD) National targets.
